Begin with a reviewed public listing

Create a provider profile and complete the application process before planning for discovery. An application and a public listing need separate manual approvals; a draft package or a saved Rush setting does not bypass either review. A listing's approval is administrative, not a credential endorsement or a promise that customers will find or book you.

Describe a package customers can compare

In Menu packages, choose a service, name and description, price and unit (per person, hour or visit), guest range and duration. List included items line by line and add exclusions so customers can see the boundaries. Mark a package active only if you intend to offer it; an active package is not a confirmed reservation or a promise of available dates.

Spell out groceries and staffing

You can offer client-supplied groceries, provider-supplied groceries or both, with a price adjustment, unit and responsibility disclosure for each choice. Say who buys agreed ingredients and when they must be ready. If you supply helpers or bartenders, specify each role and headcount; you remain the accountable provider and payee for your team. Clarify setup, cleanup, equipment and white-glove scope separately rather than assuming these are included.

Use Rush only when you choose to

Rush is an opt-in setting for short-notice hospitality shifts. State the earliest arrival after a request, minimum shift, hourly rate, relevant skills and settings such as restaurant, hotel or catering. Set an expiry for shifts ending by a specified time; enabled availability expires automatically. Saving a setting with Rush off does not make you visible in Rush search. These are your inputs, not guaranteed requests or earnings.

Treat the radius as your own estimate

Rush asks for a self-declared travel radius in miles. Near to You does not calculate distance or guarantee that a customer venue is within an actual route or drive time. Similarly, an earliest-arrival selection states your preference, not a guaranteed arrival. Review the requested site, time and logistics yourself before quoting, and do not promise coverage until you can meet the shift.

Review every request before quoting

A Rush request is a booking request, not a confirmed shift. Check the requested arrival and end time against your availability expiry, then discuss station duties, staff, ingredients and venue conditions. Send a final quote and terms only if the work fits. Standard inquiries and package discussions likewise need clear scope and separate confirmation; payment readiness and job volume are not guaranteed.

Keep offers and availability accurate

Return to the studio when your menus, staff capacity, grocery costs or schedule change. Package edits do not retroactively change existing booking snapshots.
